We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect with easy access to the tube, and the communal areas were top-notch. The service was outstanding with dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and pet amenities available. The room amenities were also impressive with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa lounge, steam room, and massage services.

Great location, vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, fantastic amenities including a spa and pool.

Felt safe walking at night, accommodating staff willing to assist with anything.

My recent stay at The Other House Residents Club- South Kensington was a good experience. The newly-refurbished building had a swanky vibe and the attention to detail was perfect. The room was lovely, the pool and sauna were small but wonderful, and the library had a great collection of elegant books. The cocktails were delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was an absolute joy to stay here.

The staff! The friendliest and most helpful team ever! They made us feel so welcome and safe during our romantic escape. The room design was beautiful and had everything we needed. And oh my goodness, the bed! So comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud.

There were a few things that we didn't quite enjoy. the lack of room service and housekeeping was a bit of a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in South Kensington. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the tube station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were great, from the lovely pool and spa area to the beautiful lounge areas and bar. The cleanliness of the entire building was perfect and the unique decor added a quirky and elegant touch.

This hotel is truly luxurious. We were delighted by the exclusive amenities, such as the state, of, the, art fitness centre and the indoor swimming pool that was clean and inviting. the spa lounge was tranquil and calm, and the massage we received was professional and relaxing. the room was spacious, with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities. the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying a nightcap after a long day of sightseeing.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Although the room was equipped with sealed air conditioning, the air felt dry and triggered my allergies.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a mini kitchen for convenience. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The reception area can be a bit confusing as there is no one at the desk, but the staff in the foyer will assist you.

The luxurious experience at this hotel was amazing. From the indoor swimming pool to the sauna and steam room, I was able to relax in exclusive amenities. the service was top-tier, as the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. the massage I received at the spa centre was top-notch, leaving me feeling rejuvenated.

The only minor issue I had was with the breakfast, as the variety and quality didn't match the standard of this hotel. the location advantages made it easy to find other places in the neighbourhood to eat at a lower price.
